American Commercial Title & Escrow is operated by seasoned, real estate and title insurance industry professionals.  Selected staff bios appear below.

•  David Ashley Andrews has over fifteen years of experience in real estate, including commercial, foreclosure, public works, residential, and REO transactions.  From 1991-93, David served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Thomas G. Fisher with the Indiana Tax Court, assisting with cases concerning property taxation and utilities.  Since 1993, David has worked with several title insurance agencies and from 2003-05 served as counsel in the direct operations of First American Title Insurance Company in Louisville, Kentucky, handling commercial properties.

David has extensive title insurance underwriting experience with commercial transactions, and he has designed and consulted on the implementation of information management services for large transactions.  In addition to retail, multi-family, office and industrial transactions, David has experience with timber, military reuse, railroad, sewer, and redevelopment projects.  David presently serves as the Vice President of Regional Operations for American Commercial Title & Escrow. 

•  Connie M. Moeller is a veteran of the commercial real estate and title insurance industry.  She has extensive experience underwriting title insurance for commercial, residential, foreclosure and REO transactions in several states.  Connie has worked as a paralegal with Frost Brown Todd LLC and also with the direct operations of both Chicago Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company in Louisville, Kentucky.  In addition to underwriting, Connie manages multi-site, commercial property transactions and site consolidations.  Connie is an active member of Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) and has served on the Board of Directors for the Louisville chapter.  She presently serves as Director of Commercial Title Services for American Commercial Title & Escrow.
